Terms of Use
Effective date: 17 October 2026
These Terms of Use apply when you use NOT JUST WEATHER (the app and its services). NOT JUST WEATHER is run by Riccardo Pittiglio, trading as NOT JUST WEATHER, Strassergasse 8-12/4/10, 1190 Wien, Austria ([email protected]). By using NOT JUST WEATHER you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data: notjustweather.com/privacy.
1. What NOT JUST WEATHER does
NOT JUST WEATHER suggests outfits for the weather, scores how well an outfit fits the day, lets you try outfits on as pictures, and gives you a stylist you can chat with. NOT JUST WEATHER is provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be available or free of mistakes, to the extent the law allows.
2. AI suggestions
Outfit suggestions, stylist answers, weather scores and try-on pictures are made by artificial intelligence. They are suggestions only. They are not professional advice, weather warnings or safety guidance, and try-on pictures show how clothes might look, not exactly how they will look or fit. You decide what you wear.
AI-made pictures. Try-on and Avatar pictures are made by AI, not photographed. NOT JUST WEATHER marks each one as AI-made inside the picture file, in its hidden data (metadata). The mark does not change how the picture looks. You can report any picture or stylist answer from the app (long-press an answer, or open the menu on a picture).
3. Services we use
NOT JUST WEATHER uses outside services to work, including Anthropic, FASHN, fal.ai, OpenAI, Apple, Google, Open-Meteo, Supabase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat and Sentry. Our Privacy Policy lists what each one does and what it receives.
4. Your account
You can use NOT JUST WEATHER without signing in, or sign in with Apple, Google or email. You can delete your account and all your data at any time in the app (Profile, Delete Account). We may close an account that breaks these terms.
5. NOT JUST WEATHER Pro and purchases
NOT JUST WEATHER Pro is a subscription sold through Apple. Try-on credits are one-time purchases sold through Apple. Apple handles payment, renewal and cancellation; you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting your NOT JUST WEATHER account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
- Stylist messages. NOT JUST WEATHER Pro includes up to 200 messages with the stylist each month. Your count starts again on the 1st of every month.
- Japan. In Japan, try-on credits are valid for 180 days after purchase; unused credits expire after that and are not refunded.
- Refunds. Refunds are decided by Apple. If you ask Apple for a refund of a purchase made in NOT JUST WEATHER, you agree that we may tell Apple how that purchase was used (for example, how many try-ons you used), so Apple can decide on your request. If a refund is granted, the credits or the subscription it covered are removed from your account.
6. Fair use
You agree not to: misuse the AI features (for example, trying to make them produce harmful content); use bots, scripts or scrapers on NOT JUST WEATHER; copy, reverse engineer or take apart the app; upload anything illegal, harmful, or that you have no right to use, including photos of other people without their permission; or try to reach other people's data.
Reporting illegal content (people in the EU)
Your photos, closet and messages are private to you. NOT JUST WEATHER does not show them to other users. Even so, you can tell us about anything in NOT JUST WEATHER that you think is illegal.
- Contact point. [email protected] is the single point of contact, for you and for the authorities of EU member states. We accept messages in English and German.
- How to report. In the app, long-press a stylist answer and choose "Report this answer", or open the menu on a try-on or Avatar picture and choose "Report this image". Or write to the address above and tell us why you think it is illegal, where it is (the picture or the message), and your name and email address.
- What we do. We read each report and act on it without undue delay. If it is illegal, we can remove it, switch off a feature for the account, or close the account (section 4).
- Our reasons. If we remove something or restrict an account, we tell the person affected what we did and why, and how to challenge it.
- If you disagree. Write to us at the address above and ask us to look again.
7. Your content
Your photos, closet and messages stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run NOT JUST WEATHER for you, as our Privacy Policy describes, and for anything else you separately turn on in Settings (see the Privacy Policy, sections 8 and 9). This permission ends when you delete your content or your account, and we then delete it as the Privacy Policy describes.
8. Changes to NOT JUST WEATHER
We may change or pause parts of NOT JUST WEATHER. If we ever close NOT JUST WEATHER, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance, stop selling subscriptions and credits from that day, and you can use your credits until NOT JUST WEATHER closes. Refunds for anything unused go through Apple.
9. Liability
We are fully liable for damage caused on purpose or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body or health. For anything else, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage, including damage linked to clothing choices, weather or AI suggestions. Your rights as a consumer under the law are not limited by these terms.
10. Intellectual property
The NOT JUST WEATHER app, its design, code and content are protected by copyright and other laws.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app before a material change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can stop using NOT JUST WEATHER and delete your account.
12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Austrian law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your home country's courts.
If you live in the United States: any dispute with NOT JUST WEATHER will be decided by individual binding arbitration, not in court, and not as part of a class or representative action (you waive the right to a class action). The arbitration is run by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, including its rules for mass arbitrations. Hearings take place by video, or in person in the county where you live. NOT JUST WEATHER pays all arbitration fees beyond your own filing fee. Either of us may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court. Nothing in this clause stops you from asking a court for a public injunction, which is an order that protects the public in general. Before you start an arbitration, write to [email protected], say what the problem is and what you want, and give us 30 days to try to settle it with you. You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of first accepting these terms by emailing [email protected] with "Arbitration opt-out" and your account email.
This arbitration agreement does not apply if you live outside the United States.
